Teoh Beng Hock's family to meet AG this week

Seri Kembangan Ean Yong confirmed with reporters on Monday that the family of the late Teoh Beng Hock will be meeting the Attorney-General this week over the investigation into Teoh’s death which has been reclassified under Section 342 of the Penal Code for wrongful confinement.
The case was previously investigated under Section 304 of the Penal Code, which covers culpable homicide.
Yong also invited members of the public to attend a memorial service for Teoh, who was his former political aide, at the Nirvana Memorial Park in Semenyih on July 21.
Teoh was found dead on July 16, 2009, on the fifth floor rooftop of Plaza Masalam after having his statement recorded at the Selangor MACC office located at the 14th floor of the building.
