Nearly 100 Rohingya asylum seekers, including 34 children, rescued off the coast of Indonesia, underwent COVID-19 testing on Thursday evening in a temporary shelter in Lhokseumawe, Aceh.
They were pulled to shore earlier that day by locals angered at the refusal of authorities to give them shelter over coronavirus fears.
