National University of Singapore Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health dean Prof Teo Yik Ying weighs in on the latest developments in the Tan Tock Seng cluster, which has grown to 13 cases.

He also discusses whether tighter curbs need to be reimposed on social gatherings, after it was discovered that the seven other cases linked to a 38-year-old Immigration and Checkpoints Authority officer whom they met for a meal.
