Three-day ruling for returning ministers only allowed if conditions met, says Health DG

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said cabinet ministers returning from official trips overseas only qualify for the three-day observation period if they meet certain conditions.

He explained the conditions during a press conference on Tuesday.
