TikTok deal with China 'very close,' says Bessent

The United States and China are close to reaching an agreement on the short-video app TikTok, said US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent at a press conference before attending another round of trade talks with Chinese officials in Madrid on Monday (Sept 15).
