China’s Wang Yilyu-Huang Dongping edged out their compatriots Zheng Siwei-Huang Yaqiong to take gold in the mixed doubles final at the Tokyo Olympics on Friday, while home favorites Yuta Watanabe-Arisa Higashino from Japan took the bronze after beating Tang Chun Man-Tse Ying Suet of Hong Kong in two straight sets.
