Top three posts in judiciary filled as new judges take oath at elevation ceremony

The top three posts in the judiciary - the Court of Appeal president, the Chief Judge of Malaya, the Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak, have been filled with the appointment of new judges.
At the judges elevation ceremony at the Palace of Justice on Tuesday (Jan 17), Court of Appeal judge Justice Nordin Hassan elevated to the Federal Court, while six High Court judges were also elevated to the Court of Appeal.
11 new High Court judges were also sworn in, while five judicial commissioners, including three lawyers, received their appointment letters and took their oath.
