Transport Ministry: No problems with dashcams as long as safety concerns met

Deputy Transport Minister Hasbi Habibollah said its ministry has no qualms about allowing private or commercial vehicle owners to install dashcams.
He said the Transport Ministry has not planned to make installation of dashcams on dashboards as a compulsory measure yet.
He was responding to Ledang MP Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh who asked the government’s stance on making dashcams compulsory as a basic accessory in every vehicle.
