Trump looking into how reporter added into 'Yemen attack' chat group; Waltz takes responsibility

The Trump administration on March 25 said it is finding out how a magazine journalist was included in a group discussion of 'war plans in Yemen'. US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, who created the chat, said he would take responsibility for the “embarrassing” incident.

The administration said no classified information was shared in that chat.
