Tun M: “No strings attached” with Japan’s Yen credit

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was asked if national projects will be offered in exchange for the low-interest Samurai bonds offered by Japan and he replied that the bonds come with "no strings attached".
The Prime Minister added that "the Yen credit can be used to repay loans or to spend on projects" after launching the World Chinese Economic Forum on Friday.
