Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir on Thursday (June 11) proclaimed his second son Tunku Zain Al-'Abidin as the holder of the hereditary title of Putera Yang Empat, Tunku Panglima Besar of Negeri Sembilan, with immediate effect.
