Two siblings, Muhammad Fahmi Mohd Fazlan Nizam, four, and his seven-month-old baby sister Nor Fahmia, died after fire broke out on the first floor of a three-storey shophouse in Seri Iskandar, Perak on Thursday (April 21) morning.
