Ukraine says Russia suffers ‘heavy losses’ but Kremlin claims it hit 1,114 enemy’s infrastructure

A spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Monday (Feb 28) said Russian forces had slowed down their offensive against the country after suffering “heavy losses”.
However, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed that it took full control of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine and had hit 1,114 Ukrainian military infrastructure facilities.
