UN mandate for Gaza force still in the works, Turkiye says after Istanbul meeting

Participating countries in the UK-brokered Gaza peace plan are still working on a UN Security Council mandate for an international stabilisation force, said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan after a meeting with the other top diplomats on Nov 3.

Fidan said they will decide on any troop deployments once a framework is completed.
