Unemployed man pleads guilty to abusing dog, gets 12 months' jail

An unemployed man pleaded guilty at the Sessions Court here Wednesday (May 13) to abusing a dog by hanging it from a tree.

Muhammad Yoges Balaraman was slapped with a RM40,000 fine in lieu of 12 months' jail by judge Noor Hisham Mohd Jaafar.
