Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah cautioned university students against becoming bullies.

The Pahang Ruler addressed bullying issues plaguing educational institutions during his speech at Multimedia University’s 25th convocation ceremony at its Cyberjaya campus on Saturday (Dec 7).
