The economic relationship between Malaysia and the United States will remain stable despite efforts to boost manufacturing jobs in the US, says US Ambassador to Malaysia Edgard D. Kagan.
Speaking at the Penang Institute on Thursday (Dec 5), Kagan addressed concerns about potential US tariffs on Malaysian electronics containing Chinese components, and stressed the importance of supply chain integrity and cautioned against any country enabling the mislabeling of goods.
