Vietnamese gang that drills safes charged for burglary at Kedah supermarket

Five Vietnamese nationals believed to be part of a gang were charged at the Jitra Magistrate Court, Kedah on Sunday (Aug 26) for stealing money from a safebox of a supermarket.
All of them, who are their 20s, were charged under Section 457 of the Penal Code for house-breaking.
Nguyen Van Hop, Ita Van Khanh, Pham Van Xuan, Ghiem Van Long and Tran Xuan Thong, were charged together for committing the offence on July 2 this year for breaking into the Kawang Supermarket in Kubang Pasu District in Kedah.
