Vote 18: Youths nowadays are more matured, says Dr M

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad mooted lowering the voting age to 18 as Malaysian youths nowadays are more matured and have access to more information unlike during his time.
He said this when met at the Parliament lobby on Tuesday after tabling the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2019 to lower the voting age to 18 for its second reading.
