Wan Saiful on political financing: Election campaign is a costly affair

During a forum on political financing reforms organised by non-profit group G25 on Saturday, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia political secretary Wan Saiful Wan Jan shared his views on the reform efforts and on his political campaign during the 14th General Election.
Wan Saiful said previous efforts to reform political funding had stalled due to high election campaigns’ costs and the vindictive approach that the previous government used towards potential donors.
