WAO launches first green child care centre; report on child abuse survivors

A collaboration between Women Aids Organisation (WAO), Real Estate and Housing Development Association Youth Malaysia (Rehda Youth) and other organisations saw the launch of two new initiatives to assist child survivors of domestic violence - a green child care centre, the first of its kind in the country, and a report entitiled “Where's the Child? The Rights of Child Domestic Violence Survivor”.
Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Hannah Yeoh was the guest of honour at the event on Friday.
