Eight suspects linked to the latest water pollution incident that led to water cuts have been remanded for seven days, from Oct 22-28.
Two directors of a machinery repair company as well as six workers including four foreigners, were detained around 11.30am on Wednesday (Oct 21) in connection with the latest odour pollution in Sungai Selangor that caused millions of consumers to be hit by another water cut.
