Fire and Rescue director-general Datuk Seri Mohammad Hamdan Wahid on Thursday (Dec 23) explained why the rescue efforts were delayed in flooded areas such as Taman Sri Muda in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Mohammad Hamdan also said his personnel have been bringing food and necessities to those flood victims who refused to move to the temporary relief centres out of fear of the spread of Covid-19.
