What ban? Movement control order is not a curfew, hence I can jog alone, says doctor

A man stopped by Penang Island City Council enforcers for jogging in City Park, Penang has questioned if the government and its officers are aware that the movement control order was to prevent crowding, and not force people to stay indoors.
Consultant cardiologist Dr Ong Hean Teik, who was filmed arguing with council workers on Thursday, said the MCO is not an indoor curfew.
