Woman loses her left leg after ceiling collapses in Sabah restaurant

A Chinese national, who sustained serious injuries when the ceiling of a restaurant collapsed in Kota Kinabalu, had to have her left leg amputated.

The woman’s husband, who requested not to be named, confirmed that doctors could not save her leg and amputation had to be done immediately.
