The woman who suffered severe burn after trying to save her boyfriend and four friends from a burning car in the fatal crash in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore on Feb 13 is out of ICU and in stable condition.
The Straits Times reported on Tuesday (Feb 23) that Raybe Oh Siew Huey, who is warded in a high dependency ward at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), is conscious and is surrounded by her family.
