Football fans on June 30 gathered outside the hotel in Tijuana, Mexico where the Iranian national football team spent for about a month for their FIFA World Cup campaign.

The team bade farewell to the fans who had only praises for their performance throughout the tournament despite their elimination in the group stage. The team was in the spotlight as they faced visa issues and restrictions on the duration of stays during their matches in the United States.
