Xi, Putin sign joint statement on deepening bilateral relations for 'new era'

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday (May 16) signed and issued a joint statement on deepening China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a “new era”. Putin is in China for a two-day official visit starting on May 16.
