Newly sworn-in lawmakers were left in stitches when the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Muhammad V, told them not to run away before sitting down to give his royal address at the opening of the 14th Parliament on Tuesday.
His Majesty was apparently referring to BN and PAS MPs who staged a walkout during the swearing in of the Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof on Monday.
