Zaliha claims 'external influence' behind ruckus at Kg Sg Baru protest, not residents

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa said the commotion during the Kampung Sungai Baru eviction process was fuelled by external influence.
Speaking at a press conference on Friday (Sept 12), Dr Zaliha described the resistance as a “tyranny of the minority,” noting that 72% of residents had already agreed to the redevelopment project.
