Zambry urges collective effort by varsities to develop AI-focused disciplines

Universities are encouraged to create their own artificial intelligence (AI) disciplines, but a unified effort by experts is essential to establish a strong foundation for AI development, says Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday (Dec 16), the Higher Education Minister also said the aerospace industry will be prioritised by the ministry through plans and strategies set by the government in line with the influx of investments.
