Court turns down MACC remand application for businessman 'Datuk', wife over food supply project

A businessman Datuk and his wife have been released by a Magistrate's Court in Kuching after they were detained overnight by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to assist investigations into falsified documents for a food supply project under the Education Ministry involving more than RM5mil.
