Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Friday said that Malaysia has been forced to withdraw from the ratification of the Rome Statute due to confusion created by “one particular person who wants to be free to beat up people”.
He added that if that person beats up people again, he will send the police to arrest him.
“I don’t care who he is,” said Dr Mahathir.
The Premier also slammed “these cowards” who saw his predecessor “stealing money” but said nothing as they wanted to benefit from Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s misrule.
