Dr Wee: MCA ready for GE16 which could be held soon

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong says the party is ready for the 16th General Election (GE16) and believes the polls could be held as early as this year or next year, while stressing that any proposed seat swaps within Barisan Nasional must be decided through discussions among party leaders.
