School complaint boxes 'failing', students left feeling exposed, town hall told

School complaint boxes meant for anonymously reporting bullying are falling short, with students saying they feel exposed and unsafe, says Women, Children and Community Development Select Committee (WCCDSC) chair Yeo Bee Yin.
Yeo said the criticism was one of the most surprising findings from Parliament’s first Children’s Town Hall.
She added that the feedback — along with other issues raised — will help refine the committee’s recommendations.
