Syed Saddiq: Bersatu leaders agree to end patronage politics

After his speech that touched on party members asking for contracts and posts during his party’s annual general meeting on Dec 30, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia Youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has been criticised by several party division leaders.
He told reporters on Wednesday that what is more important is that the party’s top three leaders had agreed with his wing’s views on the need to end patronage politics.
