Unity meet: Leaders pumped up after historic convention, ready to move forward

Several unity government leaders told reporters after the unity government convention at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on Sunday (May 14) that the historical convention further strengthened their ties and that despite their differences, everyone is ready to move forward together for the betterment of the country.

Pakatan Harapan deputy chairman Anthony Loke said the current cooperation between parties in the government can endure beyond the 16th General Election (GE16) as the current model works, adding that this cooperation would be strengthened to pave the way for a new political future.
