Wee: Hike in UTAR, TarUC fees following govt decision to cut matching grant

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong on Thursday cautioned parents that they may have to pay more for their children’s education at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TarUC) after Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng announced RM5.5mil for the development fund instead of RM30mil matching grant to UTAR and TarUC.
